Cheers to a new chapter! If I'm being completely honest, (eventually) changing my artist name has been a thought in the back of mind since before I debuted ameriKKKen as a name and brand. However, I still stood 10 toes on it until I felt called to finally make the switch it. Thanks to the pandemic forcing us all to sit down and reflect, the thought conveniently stared to come to the forefront of my mind. Yet, it wasn't until April of last year (2021) that "kyndl" first was dropped into my mind by fellow Indianapolis representative J. Stokes, and it has been meditated and developed upon as a brand, ever since.
Deciding to keep things short and to the point with this 2 minute release, I reflected on my growth and accomplishments up until this point, while also looking ahead. Be sure to tune into the official music video on YouTube and other content following this release for more insight on the meaning of the new name and how easy or difficult it was for me to officially and publicly make the change!
